Our Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for all items postmarked within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase. We kindly suggest for all online purchases you fill out the exchange form with your order details if you want another size. All merchandise must also be unwashed, unworn, and unused with tags still attached. If we see any stains, pet hair, etc., we will take a picture for documentation and the item will be returned at your cost. All returns and new/original shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. Please be sure to keep your tracking number for your records. After we process your return that is when we will either be exchanging your item or sending you store credit.
